VARO Energy, a downstream company active mainly in Northwest Europe today announced that Robin Edwards has been appointed as its new Chief Financial Officer (CFO).
Mr. Edwards brings 15 years of experience in different senior finance roles across the oil industry. Following 13 years spent mainly in the supply and trading business at BP, Mr. Edwards was the deputy CFO of Mercuria Energy Trading S.A. a global energy and commodity group based in Geneva, since 2013. The financial management and trading experience Mr. Edwards draws on, will support VARO’s continuous growth plans.
